6/29/10: Arrested: Kathleen Ruditis,45, 366 Powder Mill Lane, Apt. 2 , Emmaus, for DUI after a minor accident in the lot of the Turkey Hill, 602 Chestnut St. Processed at the Lehigh County DUI Center and released.

7/6/10: Cited: Joshua Stair, 18, 322 Avi Dr., Alburtis, for Underage Drinking in the lot of Wendy’s, 1080 Chestnut St. Cited and released.

7/6/10: Arrested: Ann Cibrowski, 45, 5832 Limeport Pike, Emmaus, for DUI after a minor accident in the lot of the Superior Restaurant, 102 E Main St.. Processed at the Lehigh County DUI Center and released.

7/7/10: Arrested: Toni A. Daniels, 40, 565 Chestnut St., 2nd Floor, for Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Forgery, Credit Card Fraud, Identity Theft, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle. Daniels allegedly broke into a residence in the 300 block of Berger St. and removed items to include jewelry and credit cards. Daniels used credit cards and assumed another identity and drove victim’s vehicle. Daniels was processed at the Lehigh County Central Booking Center and committed to Lehigh County Prison.

7/11/10: Cited: Blake Slifer, 19, 20 E. Minor St., Emmaus, for Underage Drinking in the 100 block of N. 2nd St. Cited and released.

7/12/10: Cited: Daniel Caramella, 18, 38 S. 5th St. Emmaus and Cory Riesser, 20, 16 S. 10th St., Emmaus, along with 4 juveniles for Underage Drinking after a noise complaint at Riesser’s residence. Cited and released.

7/13/10: Arrested: Damien F. Washington, 24, 7980 Mountain Rd., Macungie, for Terroristic Threats made via telephone. Processed at the Lehigh County Central Booking Center and committed to Lehigh County Prison.
