Electronics Recycling

Residents can drop off E-waste at the E-waste dumpster beside the Public Works Department garage on Kline’s Lane.  The site will be open on the 2nd Monday of the month from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. starting in March. 

The site will be closed on holidays and from December through February. 

Guidelines for dropping off items:

  • Borough employees will not unload items that are being dropped off from vehicles.  Residents and businesses must remove all items from their vehicles without the assistance of Borough employees.
  • Items will only be accepted on designated days during designated hours.
  • Residents visiting the site shall show the attendant their identification signifying that they are a Borough resident.  Items from outside the Borough of Emmaus will not be accepted.
  • Residents will be able to drop off three electronic devices at no charge.  Exceeding three electronic devices being dropped of in a single month by a resident or business within the Borough of Emmaus will cost an additional $10.00 per item.
